DKMX After two back-to-back serious injuries and months of frustration, I set out and was determined to help motocross riders alike. My goals have been and always will be to provide constructive and proper instruction to build a sound rider from the ground up. I believe in looking at the overall picture and seeing the rider as a whole. In order to be at 100%,the rider must have every component to make a complete whole. The way to achieve a whole rider is through the fundamentals listed below.

Fundamentals With any well built machine or structure you must always begin with the basic block and build from there. DKMX defines this concept as starting with the rider and developing him/her into a fit athlete through correct:

If I could listen to one song while I'm racing or riding: It would be 
return to lust by failsafe

something else to give me my adrenaline fix
